10 Reasons that will make you choose a SCIENTIFIC wedding

Certainly so many people have a different understanding of the word Wedding, to some its just a party where you come to celebrate the joining of two people who are coming together as husband and wife, some its about eating nice food and having lots of drinks.

I thought we needed a church perspective of what a wedding is all about, so I had a conversation with Mr Ivan Naijuka a former Public relations officer at Uganda Christian University who now works with All Saints Church. Our conversation was centred on why someone must choose a scientific wedding, Mr Ivan mentions to us 10 key reasons why one must choose a scientific wedding.

First Mr Ivan emphasises that marriage is between two people, not numbers, for as long as you receive the blessings of the parents and the church, marriage is fulfilled.

1. A scientific wedding helps you tone down your budget, people are going to extreme with pompous wedding parties that leave them in debts, you can do it differently with a scientific wedding.

2. A scientific wedding is time friendly, the number of people is very low, you will not have to spend time waiting for aunts, uncles, and other relatives from far Kabale to arrive in Kampala for your wedding happen.

3. According to Church every wedding is normal, as long as you have five witnesses, it also helps you to cut church costs, paying choir, paying for massive decorations

4. It is a better way of managing a proper wedding, planning gets easy because instead of planning for 100 to 1000 people you can plan for 5 to 10, its easy to have your program manageable.

5. Marriage is about blessings as long as your parents bless you, a scientific wedding cuts off the ungrateful relatives who you will transport to your wedding and they go back and furnish your name.

6. Instead of spending all that money on a wedding, it can be invested, which helps you to start off a happy family.

7. A scientific wedding helps you to cut off the burden of wedding meetings, they are time consuming and humiliating, it's the time when you begin calling friends and relatives you have not seen for years.

8. With a scientific wedding, there is no need for money for honeymoon, after wedding you go your house and consummate, the question is, if you do not go for honeymoon will you fail to have children, it also helps you to save money.

9. Bigger weddings involve a lot tax, for example if you go to book at Serena hotel, your payment includes VAT, and so many other items you spend money on during your wedding, a lot of tax is included, this can be cut down with a scientific wedding.

10. Scientific weddings can save the labor force of the companies and organisations that employ you, the case is when someone is wedding, all colleagues get an excuse of going to attend the wedding, a company loses labor for that time.
